1. 15-Day Exchange Period You can exchange your articles within 15 days of the delivery date. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
2. Key Terms & Conditions
No Cash Refunds: We follow a 'No Refund' policy. However, items can be exchanged for a different size or another article of equal value.
Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order ID or digital invoice is required to process any exchange request.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
