Once your order is dispatched from our base in Slough, UK, we will send you an email (and SMS where available) with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Dispatch: orders are processed within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
UK delivery: 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Can't find your tracking email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If it still isn't there, message us on WhatsApp at +44 7304 304303 or email myoffical.msr@gmail.com with your order number (for example #1001) and we will send it again. Our team is available Monday to Saturday.
